I want to hire Clean Savvy Co; What's the process?

Great choice! After you've received a quote, simply let us know that you'd like to move forward with the service request.

  1. We will send you the service agreement via email.

  2. Once you've paid the deposit ($35), we will add you on the calendar for your specified date and send you an invoice for the remaining amount owed (minus the deposit).

  3. We will give you a call the day before to receive any last minute details and/or instructions.

  4. Payment in full is due when the job is complete. You may pay the invoice via the link provided or with a debit/credit card in person with a service attendant.  

Do you provide same day service?

Yes, same day service is available for an additional fee of $50.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Paypal, debit/credit card, cashiers check, money order, or Zelle.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT cash or personal checks.

Are we able to request a service not listed on your proposal/contract?

Yes, services outside of our normal scope of work are available as an add-on service only. We understand that every client's needs are unique and we will accommodate to the best of our ability. 

Do you offer janitorial services?

Yes, for commercial properties only. You may request a quote using the link below. 

What are your business hours?

We are available Monday - Friday  8am - 6pm for official business. Work may run outside of those hours to stay ahead of client deadlines. 

Do you sanitize after cleaning?

All services are sanitized during cleaning. 

Do you offer housekeeping services?

Not at this time. 

Do you provide discounts with referrals?

Yes, a 10% discount toward the next cleaning will be given to each client that refers a new customer that signs up for service.  

How long will it take to receive a quote?

Please allow up to 2 hours to receive a quote if requested during normal business hours. Inquiries made on the weekend will be received by noon on Monday. 

How are your rates determined?

Prices are determined by the square footage of the property, mileage, and a service fee that covers materials and supplies. 

What's the Monthly Maintenance Plan?

We will up keep the cosmetic maintenance of your property until occupied. This includes: dusting, cobb web removal and wipe down on a monthly basis. Other services may be performed on a case by case basis.  Clients are charged a low monthly maintenance fee.
